Let’s just get the obvious out of the way. I love fashion. It’s fun, it’s creative, it’s artistic, it’s a form a self expression, and it can be as affordable or expensive as you want! And that’s why I’ve made a career in it. So, let me tell you a little bit about myself.
After earning a B.S. in Retail Merchandising at Ohio University, I moved to Miami, Florida and joined the Fashion Department at Ocean Drive Magazine. I was involved in all things fashion, from styling to production to reporting on the latest fashion and beauty trends. Working with gorgeous designer duds every day was a dream come true. Louboutin, Manolo, Marc, sigh… I got to know them all very well.
In 2007, I relocated back to my hometown of Columbus, Ohio where I’m currently a stylist at Lane Bryant as well as the Fashion Editor for 614 Magazine. From creative concepting, to pulling clothes, to scouting locations, and casting models, I’m well versed in the entire fashion photo shoot process. I love high fashion jobs for the creativity, but I also love lifestyle commercial work where I get to work with ‘real’ clothes.
